AI Terms (Gap Coach & AI features)

What it is. Gap Coach and the other AI features analyse the data in your account (trades, notes, psychology check-ins, prop accounts, forecasts) to produce summaries, patterns and observations you request. They are educational tools, not advisers.

No advice. AI output is not financial, investment, tax, legal, medical or psychological advice. It may be incorrect, incomplete or misleading. Always apply your own judgement and verify anything material.

Not a mental-health service. Psychology features help you observe patterns in your own trading behaviour. They are not therapy, diagnosis or treatment. If you are struggling with your mental health, please speak to a qualified professional.

Processing. To generate AI output we send the relevant parts of your data to our AI provider (Anthropic) for processing. It is used to answer your request, not to train third-party models.

Fair use. AI usage is subject to plan allowances, daily limits and abuse protections. Optional purchased AI credits do not expire monthly and are consumed only after your included allowance.

Acceptance. You must accept these AI Terms before using AI features; we record your acceptance (identity, timestamp, version) as a compliance record.
